Diabetes and it's Complications            * Type 2 Diabetes  - with High Blood Pressure  - and  are taking 2 blood pressure medications (ACE, ARB and Diuretic) and 1 oral diabetic medication         * Type 2 Diabetes  - With High Blood Pressure - ad are taking 1 blood pressure medication (ACE or ARB) and 1 oral diabetic medication         * Type 2 Diabetes - with Coronary Disease (Heart Attack, Revascularization, Heart Cath and Stents and various Heart problems)         * Type 2 Diabetes - Taking 1 or more anti-diabetic medications        Post Shingle Pain (PHN) Upcoming Studies:  * Diabetic Neuropathy
